  Every engagement is scoped to your infrastructure, team size, and goals. We don't run tiered plans — we send a fixed-scope proposal within 48 hours of the discovery call. Contracts are typically month-to-month or annual with a small discount for the latter. No setup fees, no surprise overages.
• [ 02 ] Do you replace our engineers, or work alongside them? +
  Usually the latter. Most of our clients have good engineers who are drowning in infra work. We take DevOps off their plate so they can ship product. We can also run fully-managed if you'd rather not have anyone in-house — both models work.
• [ 03 ] What kind of access do you need to our cloud? +
  Least-privilege IAM roles scoped to the resources we manage, assumed via SSO with short-lived credentials. Every action is audit-logged on your side. We'll never ask for root keys or long-lived access tokens.
• [ 04 ] What happens if we want to bring it back in-house? +
  Everything we build is codified in your git repos and documented in runbooks you own. You keep the code, the infra, and the knowledge. We offer a structured handover sprint — no lock-in, no penalties, no proprietary layers you need to peel off.

  We run a 24/7 rotation with a 15-minute P1 acknowledgement target. Alerts come in through your PagerDuty or Opsgenie. We handle triage, remediation, and write the post-mortem. Your team stays in the loop but doesn't get paged at 3am unless it's a product-specific issue we can't fix alone.
• [ 06 ] Do you sign NDAs and DPAs? +
  Yes to both. We'll sign yours or send ours within a day. We're happy to sign mutual NDAs before the discovery call if you want to share architecture details freely.
• [ 07 ] How fast can you start? +
  Discovery call within a few days. Proposal within 48 hours of that call. Kick-off typically within 1–2 weeks of signature, depending on your team's availability for the initial architecture session.
• [ 08 ] What SLAs do you offer? +
  Standard: 99.95% platform uptime, under-12-minute P1 incident acknowledgement, under-1-hour P1 resolution target. SLAs are negotiable for regulated or high-availability workloads and can be tightened in the Engagement Agreement.
